Steve "Izzy" Israel

Steve "Izzy" Israel has been fortunate to be involved in rugby since 1983.  As a player starting with Geneseo State.  Playing and coaching in New Zealand and Northern Virginia.  Refereeing for Potomac Society for Rugby Football Referees and select events or tours.  As an Administrator: CRCs, Major League Rugby, and even supporting international tests.

Izzy enjoys refereeing and ref coaching.  He gets that "buzz" enabling both sides to play to their strengths.  As a coach, he discovered that each of us has our own motivations and paths, and he hopes to enable that uniqueness.  As the President, if you or your organization has issues with or about our referees, contact Izzy via the email above.
