Ken Fraine

Ken has been a referee for 25+ years, a referee coach for the past 8 years, and a World Rugby educator since 2016. His passion is developing new referees and has been focused on our youth referee development program for the past 6 years. Ken is also a coach with Loudoun Rugby where he and his wife, Missy, have 3 boys playing in that program, two of whom are also referees.
